MERCY GILBERT MEDICAL CENTER — MESA, AZ

Climatec provided an entire integrated Low Voltage Special Systems package for this new hospital. A West Com nurse call system had been installed and currently supports the entire facility of approximately 175 beds and patient stations.
KAISER MEDICAL CENTER – DOWNEY, CA

Climatec is nearing completion of Building Automation Systems installation for the new Kaiser Medical Center in Downey. This project includes a 650,000 sq. ft. patient care facility as well as a central plant, all totaling over 1 million square feet.

The John C Lincoln Medical Center was a retrofit project that was converted Steafa Smart II System to Alerton BACtalk. The JCL Medical Center project retrofit of the existing hospital was completed in September 2002.
JOHN C. LINCOLN NORTH MOUNTAIN — PHOENIX, AZ

The John C Lincoln Medical Center was a retrofit project that was converted Steafa Smart II System to Alerton BACtalk. A West-Com Odyssey Plus system was recently installed in the 5th floor West wing. This was a replacement of an Executone system. It is the first Odyssey Plus system in this facility, and is relatively small with 5 semi-private rooms utilizing dual patient stations, 2 private rooms using single patient stations.
ST. JOHN’S HEALTH CENTER – SANTA MONICA, CA

Climatec is providing Building Automation Systems for the second step of the new Saint John’s rebuilding plan. This step is the construction of a 275,000-square-foot, four-story diagnostic and treatment facility, which will be built on the site of the original hospital and is anticipated to be completed in January 2009.
