Climatec collaborated closely with the Lumina team to integrate a comprehensive range of security and communication systems across their community. The project was designed to enhance the safety and security of residents and staff, ensuring that only authorized personnel could access restricted areas.

As part of the solution, Climatec installed a robust network of cabling to support access control systems, surveillance cameras, and intercom systems, strategically placed across key areas of the community. These systems were carefully integrated to provide real-time monitoring, surveillance, and emergency notifications. Access control systems were implemented at critical points to ensure that resident care areas are protected, while surveillance cameras provide continuous monitoring to identify and address any potential security threats. The intercom system further facilitated immediate communication between staff and security, streamlining response times in the event of an emergency.
