Project Solution

As part of a 2003 renovation – the arena’s first upgrade since its 1992 opening – Climatec replaced the building automation controls and Fire/Life Safety systems throughout the facility. In 2020, Climatec was again selected to be part of the construction team needed to implement a comprehensive modernization of the entire arena – a project designed to elevate the arena design and features into a world-class sports venue. Climatec is delivering upgrades and expansion of the site’s entire building automation, HVAC control, and Fire/Life safety systems.
