Project Solution
In collaboration with the project’s general contractor, Climatec delivered a tailored HVAC control solution that met the facility’s advanced requirements. Maintaining optimal environmental conditions is essential for protecting the sensitive technology housed within the building. To achieve this, a Distech automation system was installed to control and monitor the complex HVAC system. This smart system not only enhanced occupant comfort but also significantly reduced energy consumption and minimized maintenance interventions.
This project supports the university's sustainability goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2040. By leveraging real-time data analytics, the system enables facility managers to make more informed decisions and quickly address issues before they affect performance. As a result, the system will help future-proof the building’s infrastructure, ensuring it remains comfortable and energy-efficient over time.
