Project Solution

Climatec provided a Building Automation System retrofit for the One America Plaza – a downtown high rise of 34 floors and 635,000 SF. Climatec engineered, furnished and installed Alerton BACtalk digital controls for the control and monitoring of HVAC systems. This job monitors energy consumption of all motor loads and provides optimized control and energy savings.
