Project Solution

Climatec installed an open protocol BACnet building management system in First American Financial’s corporate headquarters. The system includes over 300 VAV Boxes, 15 VAV AHU’s, 3 chillers, 3 cooling towers and 2 boilers. The project utilizes an Ethernet backbone throughout the facility and integrates several building systems of various communication protocols.
