Climatec provided an entire integrated Low Voltage Special Systems package for this new hospital.

A West Com nurse call system had been installed and currently supports the entire facility of approximately 175 beds and patient stations. The system has 4 Centrals and 15 Masters.  Integration includes Versus Staff Locator in all patient areas, TQI management reporting software, ‘i-Page’ paging software, and integration to a Spectra-Link Wireless Phone system. A Secure Care infant protection system had been installed on the entire 3rd floor, reports locally, reports alarm location to public safety on the first floor, and integrates to wireless devices for notification. Hospital wide CCTV is controlled at the public safety room. Access Control and an Employee Badging System was installed at the public safety room. The EST fire alarm system was completely designed to meet life safety codes and all local authority having jurisdiction approval.

Climatec installed an open protocol Alerton BACnet building management system. This hospital consisting of a massive Chilled Water Central Plant, Steam Generation System, over (12) Variable Air Volume Air Handling Units, and over (400) VAV boxes. Climatec utilized the Open Protocol BACnet system to integrate into high-end room pressure controllers to maintain negative pressure in certain areas and to integrate into Phoenix Lab Controls Systems via a factory supplied open protocol gateway. Climatec continues to provide HVAC controls on all future Build-Outs and most surrounding Medical Office Buildings on this Campus. 

The in-fill of 90 additional beds on the second tower is currently underway.  All equipment in the new tower will be networked with the existing systems for complete integration of all features.
