Climatec serves the entire American
Southwest with offices in California,
Arizona and New Mexico

A unique blend of products, people and vision is the foundation of Climatec’s success, says Jack Kucera, the company’s chief executive.

Jerry Cessor founded Climatec in 1975. Since then it has grown from a single-office mechanical equipment manufacturer's rep firm with seven employees into a leading provider of industrial and large commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment. As well, Climatec has also grown into one of the Southwest’s leading companies supplying and servicing building temperature controls systems, life safety systems, other special systems for facilities, and providing cutting edge integration technology.

With dreams of one day sailing around the world and retiring on his 50th birthday, Jerry hired Jack in 1984 with the agreement that Jack would purchase the company from Jerry. In November 1987, one day after Jerry turned 50, Jack and his wife, Vianne, signed the papers to buy Climatec.

Today there are more than 400 employees working in offices located in Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona; Albuquerque, New Mexico; and in Irvine, Riverside, and San Diego, California. Climatec consists of three divisions: Climatec Engineered HVAC Solutions, Climatec Energy Solutions, and Climatec Building Technologies Group.
